As an european mac and cheese is already an abomination that you dont even know if people actually eat it in america or the media is playing a trick on the whole of europe.
Well the proportions of the ingredients are different and european cheese is usually made out of milk wnd not plastic. I made the huge mistake of going to an italian restaurant(had a good rating) and spent a good chunk of money on one of the worst meals i ever ate in my life. But look if you like it i have nothing against you just dont try to call it italian.
Grapes and cheese is a classic combo.
It could work, if you can balance acidity with the sweetness, and the saltyness of the sauce to the sweetness of the rasins.

What exactly is the abomination here? Pasta with cheese is also eaten a lot in Europe. Just look at Spaghetti cacio e pepe or Käsespätzle?

I don't think I've ever been to an Italian restaurant that had mac and cheese on the menu
I have but it was the kids menu.
It's called fettuccine Alfredo at Italian restaurants.
Skinny bitches just jealous of our thiccness
Who the fuck downvotes random ass comments? I have to get to the bottom of this.
The bottom of the serving tray, perhaps?
Ill pass

Roux sauce ham and cheese pasta had been around for a long time, brother.
Cheesy pasta? I guess everyone's got their own cheese preferences
I'm Canadian, we eat it (well I personally eat a vegan version). We call it Kraft Dinner.
That's the cheapest and worst version of the dish. Splurge a little. Get Velveeta shells and cheese.
Or make a cheese sauce, cook some decent macaroni, and stick it in the oven with some bread crumbs on top. Much better that way
Just open a box of Kraft Dinner and add some Sunkist.
Personally, I think the Velveeta shells and cheese is far inferior to Kraft.
I don't think Kraft is necessarily the best Mac and cheese either but for me it beats the hell out of Velveeta.
I moved from europe to canada, and they actually eat that thing. I tried in europe before, and the authentic here it's just as bad
