    Owner. It’s what the owner is taking, and usually they’re working way less than everyone else.

      I’m lucky I guess our company owner leads by example and believes in open financial statements. We all see what the company makes, what the expenses and labour are, and how much profit has been generated

      I own a small contracting company, I’m working twice as much as any of my guys and don’t really make much more than them for hours in/money out. I am in the field with them all for all 40 hours they are as well as weekends, plus all the admin stuff at night. They also make good money hourly as well as cash bonuses
