That’s 7.4 wh per person per day X 8b people X 365 days a year = 2.1x10^13 wh. In 2022 we used 1.7x10^17. Or 0.01% Like I said, statistical dust.

Most teslas i see are still 30-40k and there really aren’t any other brands besides compliance cars at that age.

The amount of electricity used to charge phones is statistical dust. If you want to save electricity there are 1000 better places to worry about.

I don’t get it. I loved my 8" tablet, but they are extinct. I bought a 10" tablet but it is too big to use for a tablet. Who the hell is buying these 12" tablets.

This is SMS in the US. No one uses WhatsApp, telegram or matrix. Every iphone user uses imessage and so we are stuck with SMS.
