Nothing, it’s all Linux
Nothing, it’s all Linux
Opensuse. Did absolutely nothing wrong but I just didn’t vibe with it. Went to fedora and I vibe hard with it
Yeah they don’t. I’m just saying I hope they don’t in the future.
I did not know that. The more I learn about sdf the more I love it.
It’s a damn shame because I really like beehaw, it feels nice and cozy but they block too many instances. If it wasn’t for that I’d use it as my main. I hope they don’t block sdf. I like being able to comment and see post from beehaw
Holy shit I was just thinking about this thing at work and forgot what it was called
I’m not sure why but on gnome my vram will fill up then gnome will crash. Doesn’t happen on KDE. It’s been happening for years on Nvidia and AMD
I’d say opensuse is a solid choice but I’d also give fedora KDE spin a look too. There’s also bazzite that’s based off fedora and made with gaming in mind.
I love gnome and use that for everything except gaming. If I want to game I use KDE
Ah yes definitely not because their shit software hinders performance
Very exciting. I’m hyped for the improvements to the touch screen keyboard. I have a surface that I usually use in tablet mode
Bro it’s an AI. It doesn’t have any reasoning skills it’s just stringing words together.
I tried to look to see if vram could have something like zram on it but from what I found it’s either not possible or not logical to do so because it’s different from regular ram
I agree to this. I was literally just in the shower thinking how Linux, the space station, and the Olympics are the only times we as humans come together to collaborate
“What I want is beyond MY comprehension” fixed
Start using it now in a VM. Linux has gotten very user friendly over the years but it’s still a completely different system with different design philosophies. Ease into it now and test the water with different distros
True. I’ve always wanted to contribute to an open source project in some way. I’ma try it out again and if I stick with it I just might put my foot into contributing.
Oh neat, I didn’t hear about that
That’s just upscaling I thought? Isn’t DLSS generating new frames with AI at the same resolution
What’s the catch? Only on a specific price of hardware? Or is this an improvement on any hardware?
