You mus have a nice install. I see them when I press the windows button. I see them when I press a random combination and this wierd left side window pops up and task bar shows you not only weather but also shares.

How does this work
Yea, just so we don’t need screenshots anymore
I didn’t know about the bottles install scripts for quite a time. I personally don’t use FL Studio, but Abletons built in plugins, which are quite many with SUIT, work fine.
I love Linux, but it taught me to make backups
There is an installer in Bottles(for Ableton too)
Crosspostion from Mastodon to lemmy would be cool
This explains so much
Its just now possible to turn it off for all apps with one swipe and on click. Like I know WhatsApp need Microphone access for voicemail, but I can turn off the access for all apps with one click and turn it one for all apps with access when I need it
It must have stopped with Win11. Tried to upgrade one of my family members Laptop. Took the ssd from the old one, put it in the new Laptop and only got to the Windows rescue Window. With Linux. I can setup an ssd with my laptop and when setup, plug it into my headless server and everything works fine.
Holy shit Edit: oh I thought it was a budda so now shit shit
It’s (sniff🤧) its just not the same 😭😭😭😭
Yea, too they look amazing I don’t get the ugly argument
Just use emacs with evil-keybindings and you get the best of both worlds
Its still in a very early stage and it’s not the same Developer as infinity for Reddit.
Someone told me that windows server UI interface has more options than CLI. I got scared of windows server (how do you repeatedly Setup the same server, with a screenshot documentation ???)
My Leap hasn’t been running for so long but knowing it will be supported for a long time and just having one yast command to make weekly automatic patches is just a nice feeling. The only problem I had is that python 3.7 is the default which makes some applications harder to run since I have to define python 3.11(also installed) manually but it’s really not that big of a problem.
This must be a meme
My Graphics card/ssd wouldn’t be able to handle the skipping of such big files
