Allegedly park rangers in the 80s were complaining it was hard to make bear-proof garbage bins because people are sometimes stupider than the bears.
Hey, gimp is a nice open source image editor, don’t insult it by comparing it to this guy
You lie! It was never fashionable to hang an onion from your belt!
Something something, you’re a boomer
Excuse me sir, is this the right room for an argument?
Ohhhh, okay, The sarcasm went completely over my head, sorry!
No sarcasm, just not sure if it’s a typo or if you really think the holocaust was a good thing.
Ethic and ethNic are two similar, but different words. I would agree that tech companies are wanting to separate us into groups for extermination (ethnic cleansing), but I would absolutely disagree that it’s a good thing (ethical cleansing).
How is that ethical though? Ethical is synonymous with moral.
I can’t tell if I should assume you mean that or if I should assume you mean ‘ethnic’ like a racial group.
will of course not be used for censorship or to create ethical groups later at the push of a button… so that ethical cleaning can be tackled really efficiently.
Did you mean ethnic, or do you really think there is such a thing as ethical censorship?
Who is ‘they’? The ‘somewhat positive’ people are bad faith, or finitebanjo is bad faith?
To be fair, laptops have those bricks on the cord that help protect it from power oddities.
And that one weird slimline computer I had once that didn’t have a traditional PSU and had a laptop charging cord, lmao.
What’s with the Hewlett Packard Enterprises badging at the top?

There is no way you can convince me that gentrification is actually good for kids. Property tax funding education does nothing but punish poor families.
I hated them as soon as I figured out that they were taking material from the public domain, and trying to deny other people the right to use the same public domain material. I think I was in middle school when I ran into their copyright bullshit with my Little Mermaid fanfic after I read the Andersen version.
They grew up getting their heads shoved into toilets, and are now eager to shove somebody else’s head into the toilet. I’m in my mid-30s, and I absolutely remember the teachers turning a blind eye to a bunch of kids ganging up on me with sticks in middle school, only to get detention for hitting them back with the book of arthurian legends I was trying to read.
We basically got taught that bullying is a good thing the strong do to the weak, and it fucked up multiple generations.
Ohio, Oregon, and Oklahoma are gonna have to brawl over who gets the OSU name someday.
I grew up where we did casserole instead of hotdish, but that looks like it’s rice, celery, carrot, onion, and canned cream of mushroom soup.
Yeah, I got accusations thrown at me after letting a trans lady crash at my place when she came out and her ex-wife kicked her out of the house. Everybody was an adult, but the ex-wife found a friend in the TERFs, and they think trans rights is pedo apologism.
I got molested by my babysitter when I was 5, and it was incredibly infuriating to hear people say it was the same as a fucking divorce.
