There’s nothing left to blast in ol’ Mitch, he’s already been running on fumes for way too long.

This whole conflict has just always felt like a massive grey area as an outsider. Both sides have done horrible things over the years, with the retaliation often being even worse. Most governments (including mine) are actually supporting both sides, for example through humanitarian aid. That’s just kind of weird when you think about it, in a way they’re enabling both sides to keep going. And I just don’t know if there’s any way out of this besides one side completely destroying the other. Peace talks have been had so many times and it just doesn’t lead anywhere. It just feels inevitable.

After not having played it for a while I’ve picked up World of Warcraft again. It’s been fun to get back into it and I like that it’s a bit more of a seasonal game for me now. I can pick it up, play for a month or 2 and then drop it again for another game. Besides that I still really like Path of Exile.

Besides the amount of content (and the occasional server issues) on Lemmy I haven’t missed anything about Reddit after switching.

I’m not sad that he’s gone but I kinda hoped he’d take out Putin with him. Shame he didn’t push on 2 months ago, he really seemed to have Putin by the balls at that point. Oh well, guess Putins time will still come at some point.

Also, how incredibly dumb of them to put the entire leadership group of their mercenary army in 1 plane. Made them a real nice target for Putin to hit.

Has it been confirmed that he was one of the victims? From what I could see I the news here they haven’t found his body yet.

If this is really the case, then where are the movies that are intended for older audiences? It feels like almost all movies are for a younger target audience nowadays (if that’s what you want to call it). You can argue that Oppenheimer is one but besides that there haven’t been many big movies for older audiences this year.

Not really, all of the supporting crew is getting shafted this way. They never made actor (or writer) salaries and are pretty much unemployed at the moment because most of them work on a gig basis… I get that the writers and actors have the right to strike but it sucks for more people than just the studios.
