Seems like an improvement if you ask me ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
Hm not enough emoji stickers 👎
It’s beginner level, the hard part is the reverse proxy, once you have a grasp on that just having it on a dedicated box in a segmented portion on your firewall designated as the DMZ is easy. Id even go so far as to say its the bare minimum if you’re even considering exposing to the internet.
It doesn’t even need to be all that powerful since its just relaying packets as a middleman
Also run the reverse proxy on a dedicated box for it in the DMZ
This better not awaken anything in me
Cartman would honestly be a better president, Meteor would be even better, but his pools cratered in the last election
No no, the one that goes Boop beep beep boop!

Just “kids” though “boys will be boys” ¯\_(ツ)_/¯😂
Context, this user is quite angry about my documentation work against the .ml admins
That’s not really an excuse to half ass it, there’s lots of things a rouge instance could do and that’s one of many reasons defederation is a thing
Even on an individual level, like what is the point of blocking someone if they can still fully interact with your posts and comments, just you can’t see it.
That’s a mute, when Xitter tried (or did? Idr) to downgrade their actual block to essentially the same thing that Lemmy has now it was met with outrage.
Proper blocking should be a core feature of any social media, it’s not a ‘nice to have’ feature that can be developed when there’s time for it
Don’t tell me what to do! You’re not my mom after I broke both my arms!
You have been banned from .ml
Too bad block doesn’t mean block to the devs LMAO
It can apply to both, it would be better described as a soft brick because it was temporary, but a complex fix
A hard brick is the permanent kind
You’d think Intel would see it the same way, but no, they’ve done shit like literally just move a couple pins around to justify a new socket LMAO
Don’t you dare tease me with a good time!
Seriously tho, props to AMD for not changing the socket every other proc just for shits and giggles to make line go up. Fucking Intel.
Little of column a, little of column b
Thanks a billion!
