A lot of the “traits” I had that I connected to my ADHD was ironically not from the internet but from this book by Michele Novotni, PhD “What Does Everybody Else Know That I Don’t”. When I did, I functioned way better. If I learned earlier I wouldn’t have suffered and lost lifelong opportunities.

Why this question?

Well, in that instance my mom cooked that early in the morning for breakfast, but just like her, I also have the tendency to experiment with food depending on what’s available. If you have tomato sauce, soy sauce, some lemons and some protein you can add vegetables to your heart’s content. Also I forgot to mention that a carrot was also a part of the recipe

Students, especially in the Philippines and some 3rd world countries. You can basically use Messenger and Facebook without data, just without images or video. For the sake of accessibility schools tend to use these services.
