I can’t imagine the loss of visibility and potential movement of the turret is worth the protection of some thin, rusted sheets of metal, but I’m all for the Russian troops handicapping themselves further.
“Please be a bone, please be a bone”
“An A-10 is inbound”
“FUCK!”
Fuel-Air bombs, my beloved
Same I’m so confused
If they were actually able to field a lot of their prototypes en masse we’d be in a different world
Imagine the carnage this would inflict on an infantry rush
You could even say they are Among Us
Mike Sparks is a heretic!
2066
Stationed on Mars to quell a rebellion
Become side door gunner for atmospheric dropship.
No miniguns or gatling cannons, just some metal brick with a pipe on one end.
Get sent in to extract some wounded.
Reach the evac zone and come under attack.
Hoard of rebels charging in with their new plasma guns and compact rocket launchers.
Let loose a stream of bullets.
The sounds of the rebel’s screams are nearly drowned out by the heavy “Kachunk chunk chunk chunk” of the machinegun.
The wounded are loaded up and returned to base.
Inspect MG afterwards.
Thing was made in 1942.
Tunisia, Italy, and Germany are scratched onto the gun.
Scratch “Mars” on with a knife.
Shh, you don’t need to say Gavin, Mike Sparks can’t hear you here.
VARK
This reminded me of when he made a cardboard javelin launcher and missile. The thing actually launched and flew. It’s pretty fucking cool
Fight Club
Hole, but with more mud
