No, you’ve misunderstood. She married the Bigfoot and now she’s suing because she was perfectly happy not knowing he was just a bear. They had a destination wedding in London and the divorce lawyer’s bear-wedding annulment fee was 125 pounds.

Apparently the long part is called a liripipe and in its nightcap form, it’s used like a scarf, to keep the back of the head warm.
Makes sense. Thanks for the info!
I finally got fed up with my Windows machine and upon seeing symptoms of motherboard failure, I’ve ordered all the parts for a new rig and intend on installing Linux as my primary OS.
Haven’t decided on a distro yet. I’m a DevOps engineer with a few passion projects, so I plan on setting up a couple of kubernetes clusters where I can play. I do all the usual things (word processing, gaming, web browsing, multimedia, etc), plus some AI stuff (stable diffusion, local LLMs, OpenCV). Ideally don’t want to have to fuss with drivers too much, but I don’t mind getting my hands dirty every now and then.
Is Chimera the kind of distro I should be looking at, or should I pick something else for my first go at full-time Linux?
Haha, somebody did the math wrong.
* does the math *
Oh no.
I hate when people save their music in a lossy format.
I’d call it a success, in that as I was scrolling, before I saw the title, I thought, “Is that meant to be Danny Pudi?”
I understand how this one is loss. I’m just saying that in general, all undecipherable memes lead to loss.
This is my reaction to any meme I don’t understand. I know it’s loss. I just need to figure out how it’s loss.
One thing that they are confirmed to do is when someone you interact with a lot searches for something, that person may be interpreted as a family member and results from their searches may show up in your ads. Devious af.
Doesn’t bother me nearly as much as the ads with annoyingly smug-faced people saying things like, “I make ten thousand dollars a month playing solitaire,” because everyone knows playing solitaire while watching ads is super lucrative. I wish there were consequences for people who false advertise to such an astronomical degree, but there never will be.
This is not fair. She hardly even has sleeves.
This week’s episode is actually really good. You just have to watch the other 1071 episodes first and I swear you’ll like it.
Today, I’m celebrating my 109th birthday. Because when it actually happens I’ll be dead.
I was off the app for over a year because of the API change. Decided to make a new account and lurked for a while before there was a comment I really wanted to reply to. I wrote out the perfect reply and my phone locked when I looked away for a few seconds. I unlocked the phone and my comment was gone. I went looking in the help menu to see if there was a place to suggest features like auto-save. Nothing. So, I made a new subreddit for reddit feature suggestions and spent like an hour writing a post explaining my experience. I hit post and the app went back to home. My post was gone.
Since then, I’ve made about a dozen comments in various places. On my old account, I would get dozens or hundreds of upvotes per comment, so it’s surprising that regardless of what I say or where, my new account has only 1 upvote on each comment. Almost like my account isn’t being seen. Is this what we lost the good reddit apps for?
