I wouldn’t bother arguing with them, they’re on .ml, so it’s a high likelyhood they are extremely anti-west and will assume the worst no matter what the source says.

I’d recommend Hunt Showdown if you’re looking for an extraction shooter. Based in the louisiana bayou in the late 1800s, so the gameplay is pretty unique. The shooting isn’t quite as satisfying as other similar games, but still quite fun.
