4·1 year agoAlmost 12 years for me. Used Baconreader then Sync. Supported the protests in June, and bailed in July when they cut API access. Lemmy gives me what I need in an online community, without the aggression and toxicity that took over Reddit. I feel like I have gained back time to study/ read etc that I used to spend doom-scrolling.
The “Tell me your only exposure to automatic weapons is Call of Duty” comment got a good chortle out of me.
