I got a tour of the place where they proudly show these cats in the most horrible conditions. Also, it doesn’t even taste good.

A Dutch joke?
(keurig = neat, decent, proper)
Travel, nothing tech related
Fwiw, my blog’s statistics say Linux is around 10% and I know a lot of browsers identify themselves as running on Windows when they’re not, so I wonder how it’s measured.
The languages I’m most familiar with are quite closely related to English, so I don’t think that’s really the case.
Actually, one thing I can think of is that English trends to aspirate initial stops, which probably makes those clusters harder to pronounce
What’s strange is that many other languages don’t allow words starting with pt- or ps- neither but have no trouble pronouncing Greek loan words that do.
I didn’t downvote but probably people won’t sit through a long video when the points he’s making could be a short list. At least give a summary.
More streamlined menus that reduce visual clutter and prioritize top user actions so you can get to the important things quicker.
So make things even harder to find? A classic menu bar is not clutter!
Asahi means “rising sun” in Japanese, and it is also the name of an apple cultivar. 旭りんご (asahi ringo) is what we know as the McIntosh Apple, the apple variety that gave the Mac its name.
If you’re thinking what I’m thinking, it doesn’t seem to have anything to do with beer.
You never tried installing Wine?
I must be out of touch.
I didn’t think I’d need an app to visit YouTube.
Tbf the only reason I know that YouTube has paid subscriptions is because of threads like this one, so it doesn’t seem like they’re really pushing their paid service.
Maybe they’re only targeting people who, for some reason, don’t block ads, and that’s why I’m unaware, but they should offer a little more than the things you can get for free already (no ads, downloading) if they want to draw in the adblocker crowd too.
Now people will start to google what’s up with all those ads and end up installing uBlock.
I accidentally watched a YouTube video on a browser without blocking. It started with an ad. I thought I’d just endure it this time. Then another ad. OK, just this time then. Suddenly, another ad in the middle of the video. I gave up. Who’d have the patience to sit through this?
Then there’s Google’s habit of completely ignoring the browser’s language settings so I have to sit though ads I don’t even understand.
I’m missing the ashtrays in the 90s photo
Wouldn’t it show the icon of an executable file and ask if you want to open it or execute it?

I like appimages because I can install them where I want and you can just make a symlink in the bin folder.
I switched to just using toilet paper. Not sure how much safer it is.
