Missouri Secretary of State Denny Hoskins had sought to use the new map even though the state Supreme Court said he is barred from doing so.

They hope that if they give true bipartisan decisions every once in a while, it will prevent the courts from being packed when Dems take office.

This one is a no brainer. Go against the Missouri SC for a net of 2 seats? Not with it.
