the importance of bread-and-butter issues on popularity more than make up for that (look at the polling), even if true, and i see no evidence that gas moguls are now donating more to trump (or even making shitloads more profit, for that matter) or that trump is connected to grocery moguls.
we need to pare things back to the evidence to fight disinformation and remain grounded in truth and better decisions. for example, this means democrats would do extremely well if they campaigned with economic populism.
