minus-squarepivot_root@lemmy.worldlinkfedilinkEnglisharrow-up8·2 days agoGroup number 2 was certainly in for an unpleasant time. C-4 has toxic effects on humans when ingested. Within a few hours multiple generalized seizures, vomiting, and changes in mental activity occur.

Much like intentionally losing part of your leg to trenchfoot in a desperate attempt to get out of being mowed down by a barrage of bullets or burned alive by mustard gas or chloramine. It’s still not a pleasant time, though.
