My lemmy account is on the programming.dev instance but I use newsboat for RSS reading of some lemmy.ml communities, along with browsing the local homepage of lemmy.ml and some other instances in a regular browser. Is there a way to do either of these things from the programming.dev instance so that I can easily comment on posts without having to manually locate the same post by browsing to /c/foo .ml
on my own instance?
Here’s an rss link of a single community: https://programming.dev/feeds/c/programming.xml?sort=Active
I was looking for the rss link of another instance’s community, as viewed from my own. So for example if my RSS reader notifies me of a post in
/c/retrogaming@lemmy.ml
, I could click the link and it would open it within the programming.dev instance so that I may comment on it easily. You might have to use one of those lemmy link plugins for that, bc lemmy’s community rss feeds are meant to be for local communities, not federated ones.
