I remember walking through this park sometime in the last couple years. They were clearing a whole section but I’m not sure what for.

    Can you point on a map where was being cleared? That’s a worry. Lots of builders and contractors do it without asking anyone.

      I think I remember it being somewhere around the old cottages. They had a whole area fenced off with the fencing canvas/signage blocking the view of what was happening but I also think there were signs saying what was going on. I just don’t remember, maybe it was WestConnex related.

        Ah, if it was near the cottages then it was probably commercial bush regen people doing work there. A lot was cleared and replanted. I don’t know the full details, I’m mostly only familiar with a few spots I volunteer for.

    The Two Valley Trail is a really nice walk along this section of parklands. You don’t have to do the whole thing if you don’t want, it crosses roads every now and then.

    The current bat roosting section (between Bardwell Park and Turrella stations) is fun to walk through.
