In short:

A real estate listing for a three-bedroom unit near Bronte Beach in Sydney has sparked outrage for a series of “red flag” rules for prospective tenants.

They include the tenant only being allowed to exit or enter the property outside the business hours of the kindergarten below, which is the only access point.

What’s next?

The property has been removed from online real estate platforms.

Shame. This article doesn’t even cover the half of it.

In response to the Reddit post about the property, the property managers sent the /r/sydney moderators a legal threat claiming the NSW Police Force told them to request the mods remove the post.

They also cyberstalked the OP and started harassing their partner, family, and work across multiple platforms.

They’re also cyberstalking people who have provided negative reviews of their business because of this whole incident.

More than that; these clowns deserve a visit from the New South Wales cybercrimes police unit they impersonated, for cyberstalking the redditor who posted this.

I just assumed they were renting out the place for the other 10 hours to somebody else. Like hot bunking for rentals…

If it’s $950 for 14 hours, I’d happily take $680 to be locked in for those 10 hours!

And to be clear I’d give them a 5 star review and highly recommend them!
