A new road layout has caused so much confusion that most of the people caught speeding there have been let off with a warning.

The Rozelle Interchange in Sydney’s inner west opened six months ago, but according to a report from the ABC, while 82,658 drivers have been sent warnings by Transport for NSW, just 2851 have been hit with fines for going more than 30 km/h over the limit through the tunnel since January 25.
